I had a pleasant stay with a comfy room overlooking the river, making it perfect for work and relaxation. Friendly staff went above and beyond to help me, and the location is great for exploring nearby cafes. Just wished the cocktail menu offered more classic options!

Clean place with exceptional staff members and river views. A storage and a lounge available in the double room. Very central location, not too far away from The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. Brilliant food at the in-house restaurant: )

The hotel's location is fantastic! You’re just a short walk from cafes and the main street, making it super convenient to explore. The river view from my room was lovely, and I appreciated that the room was quite spacious. Plus, the staff were generally polite and cute, which added a nice touch to my experience.

During my recent trip to Bundaberg, I was eager to visit the Bundaberg Botanic Gardens, known for their stunning flora and serene walking paths. I chose Burnett Riverside for its perfect location near the gardens and was pleasantly surprised by the really good H2O Restaurant & Bar. The à la carte menu featuring local produce was good, and dining outdoors while enjoying lovely river views made for a nice experience.
Room needs a good clean; not enough cutlery and crockery for full occupancy;

The clerk on checking into the motel was most helpful in explaining the details and directions etc and had a pleasant manner.
When booking on line we picked the room with a jacuzzi and I even called the motel in the evening to enquire about the setup of the rooms and to confirm that there was in actual fact a jacuzzi. The staff member said that twin rooms at $225.00 per night did have a jacuzzi and there was a double bed and two single beds separate to the main area. As I assumed we received the correct information from the staff member at the hotel I booked on line. We were extremely dissapointed when we checked in to find two beds in the one room and no jacuzzi. When enquiring on check out the female clerk was quite rude and said the internet is quite deceiving in its advertising and we had in actual booked the wrong room. The shower recess was mouldy and there were stains on the duvet covers. Very disappointing!

The shower was a huge letdown—an ancient setup with broken taps and grimy grout. The curtain looked like it had been through a war, all torn and stained. Definitely needed a serious upgrade to match the hotel's vibe!

The location is great, the staff and owners are wondeful!
I know I'm picky but I found the bed to be uncomfortable. It was soft and mushy on one side but had a very firm ridge down the middle.

We stayed for two nights at the hotel for my husband to reconnect with school friends, and it was a lovely experience! The spacious room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is perfect, close to the river and several charming coffee shops and local pubs. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we enjoyed delicious cocktails during happy hour at H2O restaurant. The complimentary drink voucher upon arrival was a nice touch, even though it was for just one.
Can just recommend this hotel.

We went on a wild whale watching trip at Hervey Bay, which was totally epic, and we even hit up a Bundaberg Rum tour. The vibes were off the charts; we laughed so much and made unforgettable memories!
The only thing I wish was a bit better is more party options nearby! Seriously, after hanging out all day, it would’ve been awesome to have a cool spot to chill and dance at night!
